The group of companies has created a professional team in the form of a Strategic Alliance for the purpose of joint implementation of complex tasks in order to improve the efficiency of promoting their goods and services.

The Strategic Alliance carries out research and design work, as well as the supply of the necessary equipment for Mineral processing, crushing and beneficiation plants, in-pit crushing and conveying system, water preparation and water purification systems, , metallurgical plants for the production of ferroalloys, pigment titanium dioxide plants, including technologies based on titanium-containing slag, production of titanium slag, titanium sponge, as well as plants for direct reduction of iron.

We are responsible for project management in general, acts as a coordinator of work and a representative of the interests of the member of Strategic Alliance to customers.

Engineering service

• Laboratory and pilot test work according development of technology in mineral processing, DRI, pigment titanium dioxide, Titanium slag and sponge:
- Mineralogical study, Chemical analysis, Testing of possibility of enrichment for all mineral processing process, Calculation of technological and water sludge scheme, Selection of the main technological equipment, Development of PFD and Circuit diagram of devices.
• Engineering of concentrate plant by 3-modeling in BIM program:
- Feasibility study, Pre-design studies and Basic technical solution, Basic engineering, Detail engineering.

Equipment supply

- For Mining: equipment such as IPCC system, Crushers, Material handlining, Reclaimer and stacker, Apron feeder etc...

- For Mineral processing: equipment such as, Sag & Ball mill, Vibration screen, Magnetic and electrical separator, Hydro cyclone, Slurry pump, Flotation cells, Filtration equipment.

- For DRI Plant: Rotary kiln, Gas cleaning system, Rotary hearth furnace.

Start-up and commissioning

Our high qualified specialists will be participating in Start-up and commissioning works and supervised during installation of equipments and will be support to our client site designer’s supervision.

Training of customers personal

Customers operating and Maintenance personals will be trained by our Engineering personnel who have experience of training in similar Plant operation.

Training Plan will be faithfully followed in conformity with specific needs of the customers required by the customer’s Engineers and involve maintenance and operations training for the supplied equipment.

Sag & Ball mill for grinding of mineral

Engineering and manufacturing of Sag & Ball mill up to 18 000 kw with diameter up to (Ball mill up to 8.0 and Sag Mill Up to 12 Meter). The design and delivery of grinding units as part of Sag Mill 9500x2900 and Ball 6000x9000 for grinding and running gold ore was implemented.

Hydrocyclone Equipment

Hydrocyclone Equipment Up to 1600mm cyclone.
Hydrocyclone cluster could be supplied by Pinch valve with pneumatic actuator , Diaphragm seal and Distributor Pressure Gauge. Hydrocyclone vortex finder and spigot could be Silicon carbide. The lifespan of silicon carbide parts is typically 5 times more that of rubber parts.
