The Strategic Alliance carries out research and design work, as well as the supply of the necessary equipment for Mineral processing, crushing and beneficiation plants, in-pit crushing and conveying system, water preparation and water purification systems, , metallurgical plants for the production of ferroalloys, pigment titanium dioxide plants, including technologies based on titanium-containing slag, production of titanium slag, titanium sponge, as well as plants for direct reduction of iron.

We design, manufacture and supply magnetic, electric, pneumatic separators, metal detectors and magnetic mud clarifiersfor for enterprises of 58 specialized industries and subsectors.

A new direction of the company is the design, manufacture and supply of complex lines for recycling of polymers, electrical cables, printed circuit boards, electronic equipment, etc.

The geography of the company's deliveries has been expanded to 46 countries. An EBS corona-electrostatic separator has been shipped to the UK to remove non-ferrous metals from shredded electrical cable.

RAKURS LLC

The company has more than 60 employees. There is a scientific and design parts, equipment department.

The scientific part includes laboratories and a pilot factory for testing crushing, processing, flotation and pelletizing of ferrous metal ores. The scientific part consists of two candidates of sciences, graduate students and leading specialists with extensive experience in the production facilities of the mining industry and metallurgy.

The design part includes the bureau of Chief Project Engineers, the technological, construction, and plumbing departments, as well as the department of electrical engineering and automation of technological processes. The main composition of the departments is the leading specialists of "SRDI "Mekhanobrchormet" PJSC, who have an average experience in the design of industrial facilities of 15-20 years, many of them more than forty years.

"SPA "RAKURS" LLC carries out pre-design studies, technical and economic calculations, feasibility studies, project - Engineering, Basic Engineering (BE), Detail Engineering (DE), Final Documents (FD). The company also performs industrial 3D modeling.

JOINT STOCK COMPANY “INSTITUTE OF TITANIUM” (JSC “Institute of Titanium”) is the only comprehensive research and design organization in Europe in the field of titanium and magnesium production, primary nonferrous metallurgy.

JSC “Institute of Titanium” combines the design part (TITANProekt), the research part (NIITitan) with the Center for certification tests, standard samples and metrological support of analytical control (TsSIMAK), the pilot plant (ZMOZ). Such a structure provides an integrated approach to the execution of work – from the development of new technical solutions and design and engineering work to the introduction of highly efficient technologies and the achievement of warranty indicators.

JSC «Titanium Institute» has a certified quality management system in the field of design and engineering work in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
